Dr. Karla Domingo-Cuison graduated from the University of the Philippines, College of Dentistry in 2007. After receiving her Dental Degree, she completed her Externship in Oral Surgery in Philippine General Hospital where she regularly performed procedures such as simple and complicated tooth extraction, impacted tooth removal, bone reshaping (alveoplasty) and soft tissue excisions.
In order to further enhance her skills she had her postgraduate studies at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. She received her Certificate in Implant Training Program and MS in Clinical Dentistry in 2010. She possesses extensive training in surgical placement and restoration of dental implants as well as fabrication of implant overdentures and complete dentures.
To keep abreast with current advances in the field of Implant Dentistry, she attended the International Congress of Oral Implantologists Spring Symposium in New Orleans Louisiana in 2010 and is currently a member of the Philippine Dental Association. In addition to being the head Dentist at K Dental Studio, she also teaches her specialization. Dr. Karla Domingo is the Head Lecturer of the Dentium Implant Training Course where she teaches general dentists on how to place dental implants.
